Convenient location, it was close to a tram stop and all main areas of town. We had early meal in The Top Chippy, based nearby.

Pleasant and great hotel that has incredibly nice staff with there very nice manner. The breakfast is enjoyable with a wide array of things to eat and drink. Thanks very much, we would book again, appreciated this property.

Got triple room when arrived, appreciated that. The location turned out to be marvellous and perfect, just next door to the tram line and the centre at Bispham end. I had coffee at Bispham Kitchen, located within 5 minutes walk.
The hotel staff was not very good.

As for me, the location was marvellous and lovely, just off all main areas of town and the city centre. Local fast food option Italian Star was 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was satisfactory: you could find toast and cereals.

I greatly enjoyed this property - lovely hotel.
The hotel was located in a marvellous and lovely place, opposite a tram station. I was surprised at nearby Bispham Kitchen, they had some goodies, drinks.
